Almost two months after the last round, held at Assen in The Netherlands, riders in the WorldSSP300 class are ready to head back on track at the Misano World Circuit, a home event for Yamaha Motoxracing WorldSSP300 Team riders, Emiliano Ercolani and Elia Bartolini.
At the previous Barcelona and Assen rounds, Bartolini demonstrated continuous growth, following up an eleventh-place finish in Spain with a sixth place in The Netherlands.
Luck has not been on Ercolani’s side until now, the rider caught up in blameless incidents that have prevented him from scoring points.
Both riders know the Misano World Circuit well, having raced there in the past, and they are highly motivated to race in front of their fans and friends.
The long break has not diminished their enthusiasm and both Elia and Emiliano will do all they can right from free practice, so as to score the best possible results in the races, which will run on Saturday and Sunday, according to the schedule available at this link:

“I hope this third round can represent a turning point in the championship for our two young riers. Both have shown to have real potential and could exploit this at the Misano World Circuit, a track we know well.”
“I’m very happy to be able to race at Misano, a track I really like and where I’ve raced on several occasions. The fans’ support will spur me on and I hope to score the kind of results that the team and I deserve but have missed out on so far.”
“I’m excited to race at Misano! I really like the track and have some great memories of the place! I’m working hard with the team to find the right balance with the bike and am sure that we can be running up front right from the start of the weekend!”
